Husband and wife Henry Chen and Shaleen Tang began with a Paramount Services franchise in June 2005 with an initial turnover of less than $5,000 per month. By 2007 they had eight staff working for them and their turnover had increased six-fold. Henry and Shaleen have two major clients, Ports of Auckland and Highland Park Cinema and two smaller clients. They know the value of maintaining good client communication and relationships. "We satisfy our clients by making sure we respond to their requests very quickly."
