Auckland cleaning franchisee Ernie Becker

Ernie has been with Paramount Services for over 21 years, initially as a day cleaner, then an operations manager and now as a franchisee. Today Ernie and Yvonne employ six full time staff. Their clients include shopping centres, banks and commercial clients in West Auckland. Ernie emphasises the importance of learning cleaning methods. "Just a bit of water and a rag doesn't get a cleaning job done. You need to be trained and keep up with the latest technologies."
