When Korean immigrant Beyoung Ho Kim became a Paramount Services franchisee in Auckland in 1998 it gave him and his family the business base and income they needed to start a new life in New Zealand.
Today his company focuses on cleaning university halls of residence and is a substantial operation with 12 staff doing general cleaning, dormitory set-up and exit cleans, carpet and window cleaning.
Kim has succeeded through efficient cleaning processes and responding to customer needs. "We work hard to make our customers' lives easier," he says.
Beyoung Ho Kim is a finalist in the New Zealand Franchise of the Year awards Business Services category 2008.
