Praveen and Roshni Chand look after a number of high profile customers in Christchurch including Hoyt Cinemas, CBS Banks, Antarctica New Zealand, Fulton Hogan and Vodafone.

Originally from Fiji, they arrived in New Zealand in 2005 and began their cleaning franchise in 2007. Today their business employs 15 people, mostly permanent part-time employees servicing a total of 10 sites.

The Chands have built a reputation as "good operators" and their business has grown substantially through meeting customers' needs. Praveen says communication is important "and when customers ask for extra hours of work, we give them."
