Commercial Cleaning Hamilton Franchisee - Ron and Pat Dalton

Former farmers Ron and Pat Dalton became Paramount Services franchisees in Hamilton in August 2007.
From this standing start the business has grown rapidly and by July 2008 the couple had eight customers including two Farmers stores, commercial and government organisations and a childcare centre. The Daltons employ seven cleaning staff.
Ron and Pat are very proactive with their customers. "We ask 'What more can we do for you' and our catchphrase is 'Nothing is a problem,'" says Pat.
Ron and Pat Dalton won the 2008 BDO Spicers Franchisee of the Year for business services award at the Westpac Franchise Awards and were finalists in 2009.
