There are many aspects to being in business that do not suit some people. In particular as a business owner you will need to be prepared to work hard, probably harder than you have worked as an employee, and you will most likely work longer hours. If you are going into business your purpose should be to attain certain lifestyle goals. The goals you set should include better financial rewards. You will not achieve this without hard work.
The Paramount Franchise Business units start at $15,000.00 and you will need a white vehicle that can be sign written. The full amount of the franchise value will depend on the amount of business turnover you buy.
Paramount are not a finance company, however we do make funds available to approved purchasers, to assist them into business. We expect that you should be able to have at least 40% equity in the business yourself.
As a new franchisee you can expect a minimum of four weeks training, covering everything from business management to equipment maintenance.
Both Paramount and you will do this. At the beginning, a Paramount Field advisor will do this however you will, learn this technique as you develop the business skills. The sign writing on your vehicle will attract plenty of attention and bring customers to you. You’ll also get word-of-mouth referrals from happy customers.
Paramount operate a direct billing system, for all commercial contracts billing the clients for you we collect the money and you get paid by the 25th of each month.
It usually takes from three weeks to three months from the first enquiry to commencement. Buying a franchise is an important step and has contractual liabilities that should be fully understood. If you wish to proceed we will provide you with a disclosure document, and franchise agreement to peruse. You should seek independent advice to ensure you fully understand the documents before proceeding.
In the event you do proceed and change your mind after signing the agreement, there is a 7 day cooling off period, that allows you to exit from the agreement up to fourteen days after signing.
Paramount recognise that as an entry level business you may want assurance that the business will be there for some time. Paramount provide a turnover Guarantee for 24 months. This means that if you buy a group of contracts to the level of $100,000 p.a. and one of the jobs relocates and as a result you can no longer service that client, Paramount will provide a new client to bring the revenue up to $100,000.oo p.a.
Experience has taught us that franchisees need a large territory to turn their venture into a total success. Your field advisor will help develop your non exclusive territory then help you to streamline your business operation to increase your efficiency and profit.
