Paramount Services is a leading New Zealand commercial cleaning company providing a one-stop cleaning service for all office and commercial cleaning needs. Our focus is on a quality, tailor-made cleaning service for clients who demand the best. We deliver commercial cleaning services through a national network of owner-operated franchise businesses.

Our Hamilton franchisee Dalton Family Trust won the 2008 BDO Spicers Franchisee of the Year for business services.
As well as taking care of all your on-going commercial cleaning needs, Paramount Services provides specialist services such as carpet cleaning, recycling, window cleaning, office equipment sanitising and pest control . Also, ours is one of only two New Zealand companies that provide decontamination certification for illicit drug laboratories.
We service the full range of buildings and premises including commercial offices, warehouses and industrial buildings, office parks, retail shops and malls, hotels and motels, and residences and apartments. Specialised cleaning services are available to healthcare providers such as rest-homes and education providers including schools and tertiary institutions.
Today Paramount Services has 200 staff and 90+ franchise business owners with a further 400 staff serving about 1000 clients nationwide, including main centres Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and most main provincial cities and towns. See our nationwide franchise network map.

Quality Control
The biggest challenge in the cleaning industry is consistency. Paramount Services' answer is careful franchisee selection, comprehensive training, continuous communication and quarterly client quality assurance surveys.

Our staff and franchisees receive extensive and on-going training on our proven cleaning and business systems. As owner-operators our franchisees have a personal stake in quality control and customer satisfaction.
Communication can be difficult because our cleaners operate at night when normal business is completed. We provide each client with a reception desk Communication Book enabling the client and cleaners to record issues and comments for each other.
Our innovative quarterly e-mail surveys allow clients to rate their cleaners and monitor customer satisfaction. Additionally, Paramount Services' Customer Service department is available on 0800 CLEANER to respond to your needs.
Cleaning Methods
Behind the cleaning trade is advanced science, technology and methodology which is always evolving. Paramount Services is committed to continuously evaluating new developments and each year we invest in new technology, innovation and training.
Using the wrong cleaning agent may ruin expensive surfaces, furniture or equipment. Using cheap or outdated cleaning technology is ineffective and inefficient. Using the same cleaning cloth for toilet areas and work or food preparation areas is clearly a health hazard. Unfortunately these scenarios can and do occur when cleaning is assigned to people who are not well trained or are ill-equipped for the job.
Sustainability
A major focus for us is sustainable cleaning and using environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods. We have pledged to reduce waste and we offer recycling services to businesses including collecting plastics, paper, glass, aluminium and cardboard products.
