Protecting Your Office Against Influenza
Personal hygiene is very important to protect against the influenza A H1N1 virus.
According to the Ministry of Health you should:
- Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and dry them for 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand rub.
- Wash your hands before preparing food and eating or smoking; after coughing, sneezing, wiping children’s noses, visiting the toilet or changing nappies.
To help protect people from influenza as they move around workplaces, Paramount Services has developed a hand sanitiser. It does not replace normal hand washing but can be used alongside antibacterial soaps and wipes.
