Galvin Bartlett
Managing Director
Galvin with his wife Suzanne founded Paramount Services in December 1979. They shared a vision that the company would become a cleaning industry leader through quality service delivery and excellent customer relations.
Today their vision is a reality. Paramount Services has grown into one of the largest New Zealand-owned commercial cleaning companies with operational centres throughout the country. It has 200 employees and more than 100 franchisees employing over 600 cleaners servicing about 1000 clients throughout New Zealand.
Galvin heads a strong management team with the expertise to ensure every contract runs smoothly but his door is open for clients who wish to communicate with him directly.
Galvin founded Paramount Services after working in the cleaning industry for 15 years. His industry background and ability to lead and motivate staff have helped the company to attract and retain major clients such as government departments and high-profile commercial organisations.
Galvin's commitment to systems development ensured Paramount Services was the first New Zealand cleaning company to introduce franchising, electronic timekeeping and to achieve ISO accreditation. Galvin is a past president of the Building Services Contractors Association and served on the Association’s national council for four years.
