Murray Hamilton
National Key Account Manager
Murray works closely with key clients to develop strong and lasting relationships and provides advice and support to staff on customer issues. Murray monitors customer relations through personal customer contact and Customer Service Centre reports and provides advice and support to staff at all levels on customer issues.
Murray’s cleaning industry experience spans more than 25 years. His expertise earned him a place on the Executive Committee of the Building Services Contractors Association, on which he served for more than 10 years. In this role, he was seconded to assist the Government Advisory Committee to develop cleaning industry training standards for NZQA.
His career with Paramount Services began in 1990. He spent a decade working in operations, training and human resources before taking a seven-year break to gain a teaching qualification and teach English in the Pacific region and South East Asia. On his return to New Zealand in 2007, Murray resumed his work with Paramount Services using his people skills to build up his key accounts role.
