Paul's role embraces every aspect of the company's operation. He is responsible for its financial and operational performance and in establishing business objectives and visions. From his senior management position, Paul believes passionately in Paramount Service's culture of inclusive management, keeping all staff involved in the company's development, and in the company’s policy of drawing on the potential of its own staff for career development and promotion.
Paul joined Paramount Services in 2006 bringing his vast experience of senior management roles mainly in the building services industry. An expert at service delivery, Paul is skilled at seeing a business through a customer's eyes, an aptitude which fits well with Paramount Services' commitment to providing first-class customer service and value.
