Customer Service Centre Manager
Sangeetha oversees the day-to-day running of our Customer Service Centre. The centre is the operations hub, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If a client reports a problem, Sangeetha monitors the process to put it right and is responsible for closing the complaint once the client is satisfied. She regularly calls clients to ensure our service on their commercial cleaning contract meets their expectations.
Sangeetha has a first class diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Dadar, Mumbai (certified by the NZQA). She has wide experience in supervisory roles in the service and administrative sectors including working at the five-star deluxe Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai from 1986 to 1992 and leading a team of 50 as manager-administration at the Times of India, Mumbai, from 1992 until moving to New Zealand in 2002.
She took on her current position in 2006 when Paramount Services acquired Office and General Cleaning Services Ltd, for which she had been working as a customer service representative since 2003.
