Stephen Wilson
National Support Services Manager
Stephen joined Paramount Services in May 2010 in this newly created position to manage and co-ordinate support services to clients and franchisees nationwide. The company is growing through acquisitions of other cleaning companies and new clients and Stephen’s goal is to ensure that as it grows Paramount continues to provide first class support for clients and franchisees. He has overall responsibility for franchisee support and the Customer Service Centre managed by Sangeetha Shaikh and works closely with regional managers and National key account manager Murray Hamilton.
Before joining Paramount, Stephen held senior management positions with a number of companies. He was general manager for Duncan Floor Company for nine years and previously established and managed the telephone account management unit for office supplies company OTC, now Office Max. Before that he was centre manager for Telecom Auckland Operator Services including Directory Assistance which took over 100,000 calls a day.
