Stephanie Thorpe
Wellington Regional Manager
Stephanie ensures our Wellington region customers receive a high level of service. She is responsible for setting up and managing contracts, including recruiting and training. Client communication is central to her role and she maintains regular contact through meetings, inspections and telephone calls to monitor satisfaction and to ensure issues are reported and resolved immediately.
A former nurse with extensive experience in healthcare, Stephanie joined Paramount Services in 1996 to manage the cleaning contract at a private rest home in Auckland. She ran this contract for eight years. After a short period working for another company, Stephanie returned to Paramount Services in 2007 to become Wellington Regional Manager.
